Ingredients:
Glutinous rice flour | 500 g |
Tapioca flour | 2 tbs |
Eggs | 2 |
Coconut milk | 200 ml |
Sugar | 10 tbs |
Fine salt | 1 tsp |
Vanilla | I packet |
Sesame | 200 g |
How to make:
- Mix sugar, salt and eggs in a bowl.
- Add flour and vanilla, mix again.
- Add coconut milk bit by bit to form the dough.
- Knead the dough in small balls and roll each ball with sesame.
- Deep-fry the balls in hot oil with low flame until golden brown.
- After cooking, drain out the oil and let the balls cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
