Kuih Keciput

Ingredients:

Glutinous rice flour 500 g
Tapioca flour 2 tbs
Eggs   2
Coconut milk 200 ml
Sugar 10 tbs
Fine salt 1 tsp
Vanilla I packet
Sesame 200 g

 

How to make:

  1. Mix sugar, salt and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add flour and vanilla, mix again.
  3. Add coconut milk bit by bit to form the dough.
  4. Knead the dough in small balls and roll each ball with sesame.
  5. Deep-fry the balls in hot oil with low flame until golden brown.
  6. After cooking, drain out the oil and let the balls cool.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
